I first met Bob 15 years ago when I went to work for Cerebral Palsy in Kingston. I met a man who was exactly as he appeared. Honest to a fault, a man who as his wife Vivian once said "Wore his heart on his sleeve." My deepest condolences to Vivian and to Bob's family in Ottawa. I'll miss you my friend.
