Audrey Joan Hamilton (née Knapp)

Passed away at Trillium Long Term Care on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the age of 85.  Loving wife of the late Darwyn Hamilton (2024), loving mother of the late Angel Hamilton (1977) and daughter of the late William and Helen Knapp.   Dear mother of Lorne (Tammy Hartwick) and Lori (Brian Whitehead). Proud grandmother of Megan, Amanda and Brandy.  She is survived by her brother, Richard Knapp.  Predeceased by her sisters, Pauline and Georgina and brothers, Doug, Bobby, Gerald, Otha and Billy.  She will be missed by her brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

The family wishes to thank the staff at Trillium Long Term Care for their compassion and care.  In keeping with Audrey’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held. 

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Audrey’s memory may be made to SickKids Foundation.
