Obituary of Jack Charles MacDonald

Passed away at the Brockville General Hospital on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at the age of 87.  Predeceased by his wife, Patricia (née Acton).  Loving father of Michele MacDonald (Harry) and Suzanne McCullough (Chris).  Dear grandfather of Chelsie (Mike), Gracie (Laurence), Chloe and Christopher.  Dear friend of Liz Nagle.  At Jack’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family service was held at Cataraqui Cemetery on April 22, 2025.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Jack’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or the charity of choice.
