Obituary of Therese Therrien

Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family members at the Carveth Care Centre on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the age of 77. Therese will be deeply missed by her adoring children Rejean (Celine) Simmonneau, Michel Therrien, Micheline (Peter) Saulay, Lucien (Laura) Therrien, Danielle (Larry) York and Lisa Therrien. She is now reunited with her cherished husband, Leo and their daughter, Jeannine. Treasured Grandmother of Andre (Jenn) and Kyley (Chris) Parks, Jean Sebastien (Melissa) Therrien, Dillon and Ben York, Tanner Wannamaker, Karl, Mark (Amelie) and Dave Simmonneau, Great Grandmother Grace, Elizabeth, Angel and Desirée Parks, Edmond and Alex Bauchard, Mason Therrien and Brianna Hogan and Great Great Grandmother of Stephanie Hogan. Therese is also survived by her sister Jeannine Plourde and many nieces and nephews. Therese spent much of her time as a volunteer for the CNIB as well as the Delta Fair when she was able. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Cataraqui United Church (965 Sydenham Road Kingston, Ontario K7M 3L8) on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. A time of fellowship to celebrate Therese’s life will be held at the Hochelaga Inn (24 Sydenham St. South, Kingston, ON K7L 3G9).
