Obituary of Joyce Ann Lutz

It is with great sadness that the family of Joyce Ann Lutz announces her passing at KGH, Kingston, on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at the age of 90. Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Gerald Lutz and her common law partner, Donald Moore. Joyce was an only child and is predeceased by her parents, Charles Leonard Grice and Mary Edna Grice (nee Garrah). Special mention to her cousin (who called themselves sisters), Theresa Robb. Joyce had six children - Ricky, Debb (Rick) Paquette, James, and predeceased by sons Larry (Kim), Ken and Jason. She was blessed with many grandchildren. Special thank you to her grandchildren Justin, Shannon Paquette and Michelle (Daryus) Connally for always stepping in to hang out and care for their grandmother. Survived by sisters-in-law, Edith Lutz, Thora (John) Miklos, Beverley (Bill) Hatcher and brother-in-law, John (Cora) Lutz, and predeceased by three brothers-in-law, Carl (Joan), Earl (Angie), Bob (Nadine) Lutz and two sisters-in-law, Ruth Carson (Gord), Jean Wright (Frank). As per Joyce's wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME Celebration Centre, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, Kingston (back door) on Tuesday, June 13 between the hours of 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm followed by interment at Cataraqui Cemetery.
