Our deepest condolences to Christine’s family and friends. My cousin was married to Christine’s beloved sister (Roselyn 1950-1922) and Christine graduated from nursing at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal, Class of 1965B, with my sister. She was a friend and mentor to many and will be deeply missed. Lesley Rose and family.

My sincere condolences to Christine 's family. I first met Christine at base hospital St- Jean Que. Christine then lived in St-Hubert where Peter was posted . I really enjoyed working with her as she was a true leader . We had lots of laughs at one Mess Dinner where we stayed up all night, sang along, played piano and in the morning changed our uniform and went to work. She was a lot of fun and good example to follow. Rest in peace Christine.

We first met Christine while posted with Peter in Heidelberg. We quickly recognized a common sense advocate and patriot. She gifted me with her GrandDa's WWI Kilt pin (Argyll and Sutherland Regiment) and CoCo with her GrandMa's kilt pin broach. I wear no other kilt pin on my Kennedy tartan than that. Thank you Chrissie for all the insights, laughs, late night marathon chats and Bandol shopping advice.

Dave and I send our deepest sympathy to Christine`s family. We were neighbours in Heidelberg and thoroughly enjoyed our relationship with Christine and Peter and our Canadian community. We very much appreciated their interest and care extended to our teenagers at the time. Our friendship continued when both families retired to Kingston. Many fond memories of Dog Lake and barbecues at our home in Glenburnie. RIP Christine and we hope you and Peter are enjoying the sunsets over Dog Lake together again.

Christine has been my friend since 1957 when we both arrived from Scotland. Our families immigrated to Canada where our fathers worked in the aluminium company.
She was a bridesmaid in my wedding in 1965 and we remained friends until her final
days.
My sympathy to Mairi and Denis and Peter’s families.

I met Christine in Shilo, she was my first "boss" when I joined the military in 1993. Our time in Shilo became more than "the new nurse" to one of mutual respect and friendship that continued over the years. Our careers continued to intersect including the time we spent in Petawawa on exercise for the Field Hospital - being the junior person and her tent mate I had the "honour" of being the one to get up first and put the heater on! Over the years we had some very interesting conversations. We met and visited with Chris and Peter over the years with both of us having married Signals guys. She missed Peter so much and I am sure that she is happy to be reunited with him.
RIP Christine

A long time neighbour and friend, I am very appreciative of her support and arranging social gatherings here at Commodore's Cove and later keeping in touch at The Kingsbridge.

Fond memories of our getting together at the Cove……especially the one where the Mother Duck had decided that your flower box on the deck was going to be her nest for the entire time the chicks were ready to fly; keeping in mind that the flowers though made from plastic, were for the mother to be sufficiently realistic !
Rest in Peace Christine……Perin & Sankar.
