Obituary of Bonnie Anne MacNeil

Passed away peacefully with her loving husband, Terry by her side at Providence Care Hospital, Kingston on Sunday, January 2, 2022 in her 69th year. She will be sadly missed and forever loved by her husband, Terry. Loving mother of Ben Gibson (Shari), Adam Gibson, James and Missy (Tim). Proud Nana Mac of Casey, Brayden, Sierra and Grayson. She is survived by her sister Barbara Haynes. She will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Jim and Annie McLuskie and her brother, Bob and her sister, Betty Jane. Bonnie was active over time with Scouts Canada, Kinette Clubs of Belleville and Fort Erie, serving in various capacities working with Navy League Cadets, Sea Cadets and Army Cadets in Niagara. Bonnie loved public speaking and as a member of the Kinettes was a national public speaking champion. Bonnie had a heart of gold and was ready to support in any way with community causes, friends and family. In keeping with Bonnie’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Bath. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Bonnie’s memory may be made to any branch of The Navy League of Canada.
