Obituary of Frank Allen Nulf

Frank was born on September 23, 1931 in Lima, Ohio and grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He was a Fulbright Scholar and he received his Ph.D. from Ohio University. Frank emigrated to Canada and became the Dean of Fine Arts at the University of Regina. He was an award winning visual artist whose work has shown internationally and is included in many public and private collections.The family would like to thank St. Lawrence Place and St. Elizabeth for their compassionate care.
