Obituary of Douglas Baker

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Douglas George Baker on Friday, January 29th at KGH. He was the loving husband and best friend to Sheila (Connors) and the late Elaine (Melvin). Loving father to sons, Michael (Siu Ling) and Terry (Andrea). Adoring Grandfather to Kayla (Dave), Kristin, Abby and Isabel and great-granddaughter Zoey. He will be missed by his siblings, James (Jessie), Arthur, Sandra (John), Gary (Nancy) and Aunts Helen Casselman and Hilda Easter. Also survived by brother-in-laws Robert Heron and Ralph Melvin. Pre-deceased by sister Shirley and brothers Robert and Harold (Norma) and several nieces and nephews. As per Doug's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of life at a later date. Donations may be made in Doug's name to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to CATARAQUI CEMETERY AND FUNERAL SERVICES.
