As the current National President of the Canadian Society of Club Managers (CSCM), I wanted to acknowledge David as a strong supporter and active participant over his years as a stellar member of our organization. David was always ready to help in any capacity with CSCM and brought strategic thinking and good planning to any project to any project he was involved with; but was also prepared to role up his sleeves to get working on many of the things he did for CSCM. I had the pleasure of working with him, both of us as volunteers, on a number of CSCM Committees and on the National Board of Directors. Most importantly, when I was diagnosed with cancer this summer, David would call me out of the blue to give me moral support and answer many of the questions I had as I took on a similar challenge to the one David had faced over the past two years. This is the type of support that David had with many of his friends and associates - it was greatly appreciated and I will sorely miss him. Thanks David!
