Most traditional burial plots at Cataraqui Cemetery are designed with flexibility in mind. A single grave may be used for:

  • One casket burial and up to four cremation interments;  or 
  • Up to five cremation interments

This flexibility allows families to plan for both present and future needs within a single family grave. Note: graves purchased  prior to July 1, 2012 may allow for more or less than the number of interments per grave than stated here.  Families are welcome to confirm the interment capacity by contacting  cemetery staff.
