Obituary of Irene Ferguson

It is with great sadness that the family announce that Irene passed away peacefully with family at her side at the Kingston General Hospital on Thursday January 12, 2017. Predeceased by dearly beloved husband of 58 years Lorne "Fergy" in 2008. Dear mother of Kimberlee, Tim (Darlene) of Kingston, Lori (Don) of Florida, Bob (Lisa) and Pete (Steve) of California. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Brett (Amanda) and Kaylee. Proud great grandma of Caleb. Dear sister of William (Jeanne) Johnson and predeceased by sisters Betty Goodale and Louise Marasco. In keeping with Irene's wishes there will be no funeral. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Kidd 2 ICU and Kidd 4 for the very compassionate care provided to our Mom. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the charity of your choice or the University Hospitals of Kingston Foundation (UHKF) would be appreciated by the family.
