I worked with Peter at NDMC and CF Health Services (O). He always made me laugh and his passion for the RCAF was palpable! My sincere condolences to all of Peters family.

My condolences to the family.
I first met Dr. Kelly at GWL in 2003. Aside from his wealth of knowledge, he always had a great and entertaining story to share :)

Peter and I played squash once a week in the early 70s (until my firm moved me to Halifax in 1975). Our respective offices where in the Princess Anne building in Kingston and we played at the YMCA. He was a great guy and a good friend.

As a former passenger on more than one flight, he kept air under my wings, my nose in the air, and charted a new and better course for which I have been grateful for 30+ years. Flights of (rugged) angels have no doubt already winged you to your rest.
Thank you.

As Peter's story moves beyond the veil through which we may not see our memories remain of his love of life and humour and our sympathy is with his family.
Although Peter's service career and mine had many parallels including our love of flying, especially of floatplanes, a very Canadian activity, we seldom met in our service careers.
My valedictory for Peter for what is assuredly ahead is the old Irish one:
May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, the sun always warm in your face, the rain gentle on your fields and may the blessings of St Patrick always be with you.

My sincere sympathy to the family .
I knew Peter during our times spent with friends and families.
Peter always brought fun and laughter!
One vivid memory was his rendition of the “Major General’s Song from Gilbert and Sullivan’s ‘Pirates of Penzance’.
May his many memories live on!

My sympathy to the family for their loss. I first met Peter when he began his training in Psychiatry and had contact with him over many years. I noted early on his desire to practice independently. He was a fine Psychiatrist. I sat on several sessions of the Ontario Review Board with Peter. His questions were always well thought out and to the point. His sense of humour was a delight. Peter will be missed. D. H. Braden M.D. FRCPC
