Obituary of Constance Phelan

Connie was a long-time resident of Kingston and Nurse at the Kingston General Hospital.Following her graduation from the Brockville Psychiatric Hospital, she began her career there. Then she relocated to Kingston and joined the nursing staff at the Kingston Psychiatric Hospital. Shortly after came the move to the Kingston General Hospital where she provided a valued and rewarding service to patients and co-workers alike, much of which on Connell 5.Connie treasured her extended family and enjoyed the visits, phone calls, special occasions and, as the cyber age came into being, the Face Book posts. Then on November 29, 2014 an new love came into her life to join Matthew and Marie: Kaplan.There were also many friends, colleagues and associates that helped to fulfill her life. However, there was none dearer than Jini the type of friend everyone should have. Jini was with her to the end and brought her great peace and comfort.Unfortunately, cancer won and she left us. But she will always be remembered by all, each in their own way.She will be missed.There will be a celebration of her life. Details will be available shortly. Please monitor this site.
